The brands it operates are further along than the entity is, which is the ordinary way round when trading brands are brought under one company rather than the other way about. We would rather say that here than have you find it on the register and wonder why the website did not mention it.

Maximum Industrial Group is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and there is no VAT number to quote.

Each brand site names this company in its footer, because a buyer is entitled to know who they are actually dealing with before they pay an invoice. Two of the brands — Fire Matting and Ergo Matting — publish specification guidance that discusses other suppliers. Both carry a commercial-interest disclosure on any page that does so, stating that they are operated by a company that supplies matting itself and should be read as a supplier's view rather than an independent one.

We would rather lose the appearance of neutrality than borrow it. A buyer who finds out later feels misled, and they are right to.
